It is our aim to provide our members' customers total protection through an insurance backed guarantee for up to 10 years following installation. Installers undergo a comprehensive vetting process to become an IWG member. Each installer must meet the criteria set by IWG by proving their quality of workmanship; submission of customer and financial references along with company guarantees which meet our criteria.
Cover your investment with deposit protection. It isn't unusual for an installer to request a deposit prior to starting the work required. This protection will protect your deposit in the event of the installers company going out of business prior to the work being carried out within 90 days of placing the deposit. In addition, IWG Customer Service staff has achieved national recognised qualifications and pride themselves on ensuring that your experience with IWG exceeds expectations.
We also offer arbitration services in an effort to avoid there being any need for any legal dispute between an IWG member and their customer.
