It is our aim to provide our members' customers total protection through an insurance backed guarantee for up to 10 years following installation. By following the strict criteria and working closely with our insurers - Isle of Man Assurance Ltd we achieve the most cost effective independent guarantee.

In addition, IWG staff has achieved national recognised qualifications in Customer Service and pride themselves on making sure every members' experience with IWG always exceeds their expectations.

We also offer arbitration services in an effort to avoid there ever being any need for any legal dispute between an IWG member and their customer. In the last 13 years IWG have looked after over 150,000 window or conservatory installations, with only 14 matters referred to us as arbitrators and only one has progressed onto litigation.
